Liberty Global is seeking a highly skilled Technical Operations Specialist to join our team in Bradford. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering first-line functional support to the business and our suppliers for our procurement systems.

Key Responsibilities
This role involves collaborating with a wide range of people to deliver outstanding customer service for our colleagues and suppliers. You will update master data in the procurement system, monitor and resolve transactions, support users, manage Chatbots, and raise change requests where required. Additionally, you will train users on how to use the procurement and helpdesk solutions and drive the automation agenda to increase efficiency and governance.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
We tend to look for people with strong communication skills, ability to work under tight timelines, good attention to detail, self-review skills, and a right-first-time mentality. It would be beneficial if you have experience working with finance or procurement systems, proficient use of German, project management experience, and strong Excel skills.
Salary Information
The estimated salary for this position is around £35,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on your experience.
