The Position
Working your magic across paid social media channels – the likes of LinkedIn, Meta and TikTok – you’ll devise, set up, and optimise campaigns that meet your client’s objectives and budget, and exceed their expectations too!
You’ll have a bird’s eye view of all projects, from briefing and planning all the way through to execution, reporting and evaluation. You’ll be busy setting an example to those around you, spotting new opportunities along the way and providing expertise and knowledge to more junior members of the team.
Creating and running lead generation campaigns, you’ll create lead generation forms, understanding the audience in great depth and optimising accordingly. It’s super important here that you can manage all tasks relating to data, and with a keen interest in the latest developments, you’ll introduce new formats and platforms as appropriate.
What We’re Looking For
With an entrepreneurial spirit and plenty of energy, you’ll be organised and supportive – the type of person who can take the lead on each project that comes your way and inspire those around you while you do it.
TikTok is a platform you’ll need to have experience in, but we’re looking for a main focus on platform experience such as LinkedIn and Meta. We want to hear all about the meaningful social media activity and campaigns you have delivered for a range of clients.
You’ll ideally come from an agency background with experience in B2B, but we’re open to speaking with people who have experience working in-house or client-side. As long as you’re ambitious in mindset and purposeful in your approach, we want to hear from you!
Culture fit is really important here, and with regular travel to their second creative hub based in Bedfordshire, this opportunity is best suited for someone with a driving license and access to a car.
