Job Description
We are excited to be recruiting for a Discovery and Analysis Lead to join our Group functions team in either Hove Cardiff or London. This role is crucial for driving process transformation across the organisation.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading the Discovery and investigation process for projects and large-scale programmes across all L&G Portfolios
* Developing and expanding the Discovery and Analysis Team, collaborating with third-party partners to deliver value to stakeholders
* Formulating and implementing the Discovery & Analysis strategy, including branding, scaling, and toolkit development
* Collaborating closely with the Automation Portfolio Lead to identify and capitalise on automation opportunities during Discovery phases
* Coordinating the Discovery & Automation proposition to expand process transformation capabilities across L&G Group and beyond
* Maintaining governance and RAID processes to safeguard the end-to-end delivery lifecycle
* Managing and developing the team in accordance with Group policies and the Partnership Agreement to enhance business performance
* Ensuring all business and system changes adhere to best practices and the correct change process methodology
Qualifications
Who we're looking for:
* Extensive knowledge of Office software packages such as MS Office, Business Objects and MS Access
* Knowledge of Agile delivery methods
* Strong Programme delivery background, leading large/complex deliverables.
* Extensive experience of end-to-end project delivery, Experience of working in a programme management role
* PRINCE2 Practitioner and/or APMP (or PQ) or PMI equivalent (Desirable but not essential)
* Agile Foundation Certification or relevant equivalent experience
* Senior leadership experience, in Projects/Programmes and Continuous Improvement
