PRS are seeking to recruit for an experienced Helpdesk Coordinator/Administrator to work in Warrington. The role is based working on a full-time basis. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in managing and delivering subcontractor, engineering, operational & project works across the client portfolio.
Main Responsibilities
You will be responsible for receiving reactive job requests, allocating them to engineers/contractors, and chasing tasks through to completion.
Raising purchase orders, reviewing and approving invoices, and handling rechargeable works.
Efficiently managing your inbox, prioritizing workload effectively in a busy environment. On Offer
