Description Process and manage invoices, payments and other financial transactions Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records Assist with preparation of reports and budgets Coordinate with other departments Handle supplier and customer queries related to payments and billing Maintain confidential financial information and ensure data accuracy. Profile A successful 'Finance Administrator' should have: Previous experience in a finance or administrative role Familiarity with financial software and MS Office. Excellent communication, organisational and time-management skills A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Attention to detail with the ability to spot discrepancies Job Offer An hourly pay rate of £12.00 to £14.00, depending on skills and qualifications.
