Our Ethos
Work hard, be nice. That’s our motto! There’s no fancy jargon or 3-minute speech to give you, we just like to work hard and be nice.
Who are we?
Since our first venue opened in 2015, Rarebreed Dining has never stopped moving and that’s not going to change. Founded on the mutual love of delicious steak, British produce and mouth-watering cocktails, Rarebreed Dining has gone from strength to strength.
As we continue to grow, we want the best possible people with us to enjoy the ride! We want people who are curious, passionate and are not afraid to go the extra mile to create something just a little bit special.
The job
We’re looking for an experienced Deputy General Manager to join our amazing team. From your years of experience you will have developed into a driven, focused and exceptional team player. You understand what it takes to get the most out of your team and you’re not shy of stepping into the General Manager's shoes when they are not on shift. With a whole team looking up to you, it is imperative that you set the tone of the restaurant by inspiring a fun, lively and educational environment. You’ll embrace the Rarebreed Dining way and encourage your team to do the same through on-site training, incentives and supplier visits.
You will report to the General Manager and will work closely to ensure the day-to-day operation is smooth and the venue is hitting all KPIs.
