Job Description
* Manage and grow existing customer accounts within the industrial/manufacturing industry
* Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
* Identify opportunities for account growth and new business
* Work collaboratively with the customer service team
* Resolve customer issues and queries efficiently
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
The Successful Applicant
A successful Account Manager should have:
* Previous experience in a Account Manager role, preferably within the industrial/manufacturing industry
* Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
* A strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
* An ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution
What's on Offer
* Salary £30,000 DOE
* Performance-related bonus & commission
* Fuel car allowance
* Core hours of 8:30am till 4:30pm with flexibility
* Early finish every Friday at 2:30pm
