Role Overview:
Join our dynamic team as a Lead Full Stack Engineer, where you’ll play a vital role in developing and maintaining applications that support our digital transformation efforts. You’ll be responsible for both backend and frontend development, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across our entire application stack.
Key Responsibilities:
* Use TypeScript for both backend (Node.js) and frontend (React) development.
* Develop user interfaces that are responsive, user-friendly, and aligned with design standards.
* Design, build, and maintain serverless and containerised applications using AWS.
* Utilise AWS services effectively to create scalable and efficient solutions.
* Provide guidance and training to junior engineers and team members.
* Foster a collaborative environment by sharing best practices and encouraging skill development.
* Implement and work with event-driven architectures to enhance system responsiveness and scalability.
Ideal Candidate:
* Strong experience with AWS and cloud technologies.
* Proficient in TypeScript for both backend and frontend development.
* Familiarity with React and event-driven architecture.
* Excellent communication skills with a passion for mentoring and team collaboration.
