Credit Controller (12-Month Fixed-Term Contract)
Location: Syston, Leicester
Salary: £25,000 - £26,000 + monthly bonus (up to £300)
We are seeking an interim Credit Controller to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.
This full-time role offers hybrid working, with two days in the office and three days from home following an initial 6-8 week training period.
About the Role
As part of an experienced and supportive credit control team, you'll work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, handling credit accounts for both individual consumers and business clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a challenging environment and enjoys building strong relationships with customers to ensure effective debt collection.

We're seeking candidates who have:
Experience in Credit Control or a similar high-volume customer service environment.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a team-oriented mindset.
Key Details
Start Date: Ideally January, but immediate starts are available for those ready to begin before Christmas.
Salary Package: £25,000-£26,000 base salary, plus a monthly bonus of up to £300, bringing your on-target earnings to £29,600.
