Working as a Partner Operations Transition Lead, you will be responsible for managing and executing the seamless transition from design to project implementation. This role involves coordinating with various departments, stakeholders, and partners to ensure operational readiness, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
As a Partner Operations Lead, you will have strong project management skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a deep understanding of operational processes. The role will also involve business-as-usual operational tasks as required to support teams with fixed and mobile services.

You will be responsible for:
* Developing and implementing comprehensive transition plans for new projects and operational changes
* Coordinating with project managers, operational teams, and stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the transition are covered
* Developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies for smooth transitions
* Collecting and analysing data related to the transition process to identify areas for improvement
* Establishing timelines, milestones, and deliverables to track progress
