Overview
We are seeking a part-time Credit Controller/Accounts Assistant to manage our credit control processes and assist with various administrative and accounts-related duties. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage credit control processes to ensure timely collection of outstanding debts.
* Maintain accurate records of all credit control activities.
* Process sales ledger transactions and ensure accuracy.
* Perform general administrative duties, including filing and data entry.
* Assist with other accounts-related tasks as needed.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in credit control or a similar client orientated role (Advantageous but not essential).
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
