We are looking for a talented Store Operations Lead who can provide exceptional customer service, maintain a high level of store appearance, and ensure that all operations run efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
**Responsibilities:**
* Maintain a high level of store appearance, including visual merchandising and stock levels
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer queries and resolving issues efficiently
* Ensure that all operations run smoothly and efficiently, including stock management and inventory control
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and contribute to company growth and success
