Our client is a not-for-profit housing association committed to providing affordable local homes for our customers. They have nearly 7,000 homes for affordable rent and shared ownership in Wiltshire, Somerset and Bath and North-East Somerset. They employ over 300 staff from our offices in Trowbridge and Melksham.
The role
Our client recognises the importance of data in providing valuable and actionable insights. As they continue to invest in our data driven future, they are looking for a passionate Junior Data Analyst to join our growing Performance and Insights team.
You'll work closely with our Group Data Governance Manager, and colleagues across the organisation, delivering insightful reporting and effective data management.
This role isn't just about spreadsheets and formulas. Day to day you may find yourself mastering BI tools to visualise data in exciting new ways, gathering operational data from across the business, or deep diving into KPIs to identify key drivers behind them.

What we are looking for
This role would be ideal for a recent graduate looking to kickstart their career in data analysis, or someone who has already gained foundational knowledge in a data focused role, looking to develop their skills. Youll benefit from excellent support and mentorship from a knowledgeable team.
* Experience with Excel
* Experience processing data and working with large, varied data sets.
* Basic understanding of data visualisation tools (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik Sense).
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
