Overview:
We are seeking Business Change Managers to drive adoption and user engagement for a major ERP and Shared Services transformation in UK Government. The role will focus on developing and executing a comprehensive change management strategy, engaging stakeholders across all levels to drive adoption, and designing targeted training and communication plans to support a smooth transition to the new ERP and Shared Services model.
Key Responsibilities
* Change Strategy Development – Define and execute change management plans for ERP implementation.
* Stakeholder Engagement – Work with internal personnel, senior leadership, and end-users to ensure smooth adoption.
* Training & Communications – Develop training materials, user guides, and communication plans.
* User Adoption & Transition – Implement strategies to increase ERP adoption and workforce engagement.
Essential Experience & Skills
* UK Government experience is essential (must have worked on major transformation programmes).
* Strong expertise in business change, user adoption, and training strategy.
* Experience delivering change management in ERP implementations (Oracle, SAP, Workday).
