The successful candidate will be required to successfully complete a competency framework for 18 months to progress from band 5 to band 6. The opportunity is open to Nurses and other registered professionals. The post holder will be required to keep a portfolio of evidence and clinical achievement to support the uplift to band 6. This is a structured process which will be supported through clinical and management supervision. This post is only open to those candidates who already have their NMC registration in place and have successfully completed the preceptorship programme.
