Your responsibilities will include managing contracts, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving projects to meet time, budget, and quality targets. This role offers the opportunity to lead diverse projects across sectors such as commercial, food & drink production, FMCG manufacturing, industrial, and R&D/pharmaceutical. Key Responsibilities Manage all aspects of mechanical contracts, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables. Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of mechanical installations across various sectors. Ensure compliance with industry standards, health and safety regulations, and company policies. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Manage project budgets, control costs, and ensure financial objectives are met. Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Skills & Experience Required Proven experience as a Mechanical Contracts Manager or in a similar role within the mechanical engineering industry. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and services, including LPHW/MTHW/HTHW systems, steam and condensate services, chilled water installations, and compressed air installations. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on collaboration and development. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members. Comprehensive understanding of health and safety regulations and quality standards in mechanical engineering. Relevant qualifications in Mechanical Engineering or a related field are preferred.
