The Recruitment Group are hiring for an Internal Recruiter. As an Internal Recruiter you'll spend 75% of your time focusing on recruiting the best engineering talent in the industry and the remaining 25% supporting our wider operational teams. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys the fast-paced nature of technical recruitment and is passionate about finding the right fit.
Duties:
1. Lead recruitment efforts for engineering positions (75% of the role), this will include field based as well as workshop based engineering positions nationwide.
2. Recruit for operational roles (25%), these could include parts, service and rental positions.
3. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job adverts to on-boarding successful candidates.
4. Use innovative sourcing techniques to attract top engineering talent via job boards, LinkedIn, and networking.
5. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide expert recruitment advice.
6. Ensure a positive candidate experience and promote the company as an employer of choice.
7. Stay on top of recruitment trends to ensure we're reaching the best talent available.
What we are looking for:
1. Proven experience as a recruitment specialist or talent acquisition expert, with a focus on engineering or technical roles.
2. Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, job boards, networking) and ability to build a talent pipeline.
3. Excellent communication skills and a passion for recruitment.
4. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and familiarity with recruitment data/metrics.
