Credit Controller Natara Global
As Natara Credit Controller, you will be responsible for effectively and efficiently conducting the debtor’s collections process and providing support within the finance team as and when required.

About You:
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with a strong ‘customer service’ ethic
* Experience of ERP systems (SAP, ORACLE) or similar would be advantageous
* Excellent numeracy and EXCEL skills, attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong administrative and organisational skills to manage a busy workload in order to meet strict deadlines
* Good team player with a proactive and flexible approach to problem solving and being able to work on own initiative
* Outgoing and confident personality who is able to operate at all levels
* Initiative to be able to develop and improve systems and procedures
* Ensure monthly processing deadlines are met as required
Credit Controller Role & Responsibilities:
* Manage the company credit control system
* Ensure that debts are paid in a timely manner
* Chase overdue invoices by telephone, email and letter within agreed timescales
* Daily Cash Book completion and reconciliations within agreed timescales
* Liaise with the bank and manage the bank account balances as required
* Develop the credit management capability within the business
* Identify changes in payment patterns and analyse current debtor ledger, proposing action to avert indebtedness
