This is a full-time position, starting in January 2025 and running until the end of the academic year. About the Role: Deliver engaging and thought-provoking Religious Education lessons to students in Key Stages 3 and 4. Teaching at Key Stage 5 is desirable but not essential. Plan and assess lessons in line with the school’s curriculum and examination requirements. Inspire students to develop their understanding of world religions, ethics, and philosophy. Collaborate with colleagues to support the department’s initiatives and goals. Candidate Requirements: Experience teaching Religious Education to Key Stages 3 and 4 is essential. Experience teaching Key Stage 5 is highly desirable but not essential. Applications are welcomed from both NQTs and fully qualified teachers. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students. A genuine passion for the subject and a commitment to fostering a love for learning in young people.
