Working pattern: The CST Central team operate on a flexible hybrid working pattern and this role will be based between the Trust office at St Katherine’s in Pill, North Somerset with occasional requirements to work from our schools across Bristol. There will also be the opportunity to work from home when not based in the office. There will be a requirement to attend meetings from 8am at times although not necessarily in person.

The post holder will be crucial in providing administrative and logistical support for the central team including the Core Leadership Group.This exciting opportunity will include supporting a variety of operations across the team and assisting in the day to day running of the Trust office, based at St Katherine’s School in Pill, North Somerset. This will be a varied and challenging role, requiring calm efficiency, the ability to prioritise effectively, ensuring no deadline is missed, an eye for detail, good humour and the ability to build strong and positive relationships with colleagues across the Trust. In addition there will be a requirement to support the wider administration of the Trust, at key points in the year, as directed. You will be confident to take the initiative and contribute ideas to the development of the operations of the Trust.
