Overview of the role
You will play a key role in Delkia’s future; by joining the Sales team as a Sales Operations Administrator you will work closely with the Tendering Manager to support with day-to-day tasks and provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.
Sales Operations (Sales Ops) plays a crucial role in leveraging data to optimize sales processes and drive performance. This involves collecting, cleaning, organizing, and analysing sales-related data to uncover actionable insights. By examining various metrics such as sales activity volume, lead conversion rates, and customer behaviour, Sales Ops can identify trends and areas for improvement. This data-driven approach enables the formulation of effective sales strategies, optimization of sales processes, and enhancement of team performance.
What you’ll be responsible for:
A Sales Operations (Sales Ops) Administrator plays a vital role in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth sales processes. Here are some key responsibilities:
1. Customer Record Management: Maintaining organized and up-to-date customer records to support effective account management.
2. Sales Reporting: Generating and analysing sales reports to provide valuable insights into performance against targets.
3. Administrative Support: Offering comprehensive administrative assistance to the sales team, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management.
4. CRM Management: Utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage customer information, track sales activities, and support sales representatives.
These responsibilities ensure that the sales team operates efficiently and effectively, ultimately contributing to the overall success of the organization.

* Familiarity with Basic Sales Processes and Tasks
* Business Administration Qualification or Similar.
