Freelance Quantity Surveyor

Freelance Quantity Surveyor required to join a carpentry subcontractor covering projects in the south west region. The Quantity Surveyor will ideally come from a carpentry subcontractor background with at least a proven track record in delivering projects up to £1M / £10M. Quantity Surveyors with a decent construction background will also be considered for the role.

The Quantity Surveyor will be working alongside contracts managers and site managers to take sole commercial responsibility for projects. Responsibilities include review and improvement where required of company-wide commercial processes and procedures.


Compensation

£50,000 - £60,000 per annum + Company Benefits

From £65,000 to £75,000 per annum Healthcare, 10% Pension
