What we're looking for Were looking for a confident and results-driven Senior Business Development Manager who thrives in a fast-moving sales environment. Youll need: Around 5 years experience selling multi-million-pound deals to major retail or hospitality brands A proven track record in winning complex, longer-cycle sales Strong negotiation skills, with experience securing large contracts and protecting business interests The ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, from operations to C-suite Expertise in consultative selling, identifying customer pain points, and positioning solutions A strategic and motivated mindset, able to build and nurture a pipeline from scratch Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and accurate forecasting What you'll do Youll take charge of expanding VoCoVos footprint by securing major roll-outs. Youll: Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract negotiation and final handover. Build and develop relationships with key decision-makers across retail and hospitality. Identify new business opportunities and develop a robust pipeline for 2026 and beyond. Deliver compelling presentations, demonstrating VoCoVos value in a competitive market. Work closely with lead generation, marketing, and internal teams to align strategies. Negotiate large contracts, ensuring commercial interests are protected. Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM records to track progress and performance.
