About the Role
As the Clinical Lead / Deputy Manager, you will:
1. Lead and manage the clinical team to ensure the highest standards of care.
2. Oversee the implementation of individualized care plans tailored to residents' needs.
3. Support the Home Manager in the daily running of the care home, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
4. Act as a mentor to nursing and care staff, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.
5. Conduct regular audits, monitor care standards, and ensure clinical governance.
6. Build strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.

What You Bring
1. Active NMC PIN as a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD).
2. Proven experience in a leadership role such as Deputy Manager, Clinical Lead, or Senior Nurse.
3. Strong clinical knowledge and an understanding of CQC regulations.
4. Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
