In our UK Aigle team, we are waiting for our next Account Manager for North and Scotland. You will be part of Steve's team, our Head of Sales for UK & Ireland, and will put your expertise to work for a sustainable and responsible brand. Your role will be to maximise sales, profitability, and distribution of Aigle products in the dedicated sales area (North & Scotland) by managing and developing business with existing accounts, as well as opening targeted new accounts in line with the company plan and distribution strategy. Aigle wants to diversify our product range (today mainly rubber boots) and client profiles (develop our lifestyle & outdoor footprint).
YOUR MAIN MISSIONS
* Retain a portfolio of existing customers and develop it through commercial prospecting actions;
* Guarantee commercial results by monitoring the performance indicators of your scope (turnover, volume, product presence rate, Market Shares);
* Premiumize the brand and optimize operational marketing tools: on-site information and on-site advertising;
* Develop and optimize shelf market shares (merchandising, assortments, promotions, prices);
* Master the technicality of products, train your customers' teams, and act as a brand ambassador;
* Organize your store tour plan in an independent and organized way;
* Liaise and communicate with all departments internally, sharing information and facilitating a results-oriented approach to ensure best service levels for the customer and consumer appropriate to sales opportunity.

JOB SPECIFICS
Daily travel will be part of the activity, in order to meet the different clients and prospects of your area. The travelling required for this role involves the possession of a valid driving license.
Our UK team is made of 6 talents, 2 in our London HQ, our Head of Sales, and 3 area managers. They work closely with our HQ team in France.
