Support Assistant - SEN Provisions
Location: Lincoln, Lincolnshire
Pay: £85 - £100 per day (dependent on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 15:30 (Term time only)
Are you passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of students with Special Educational Needs? We are looking for dedicated Support Assistants to provide 1-to-1 support within SEN provisions in Lincoln.
- Provide tailored 1-to-1 support to students with varying SEN requirements.
- Assist with learning activities, helping students to engage and achieve their full potential.
- Support personal care needs where required, ensuring the dignity and well-being of students.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to create an inclusive and nurturing environment.
- Previous experience working in a SEN setting or supporting individuals with additional needs is desirable.
- A compassionate and patient approach to supporting children with complex needs.
- Full-time availability during term time (Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 15:30).
- The ability to build strong and supportive relationships with students and staff.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
