Position Overview:
Associate Director/Director, Bristol – This role, based in Bristol or another mutually agreed-upon location, will lead regional growth and relationship-building efforts with hybrid work options.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage client projects, aligning with strategic goals.
* Drive business development initiatives alongside senior leadership.
* Create consultation materials (websites, press releases, reports).
* Foster and maintain client and stakeholder relationships.
* Oversee budgets to ensure high-value client service.
* Manage client accounts with a focus on quality and timeliness.
Candidate Profile
* 6+ years in PR or communications, with a strong industry network.
* Proven track record in business development and client management.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Collaborative, positive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
