About the Role
Burman Recruitment is looking for a skilled Facilities Operations Director to lead maintenance activities across our estate.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 10 staff, overseeing maintenance programs, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize resource allocation.
2. Supervise and coordinate team members to ensure efficient operations and effective communication.
3. Manage budgets for training, servicing, and maintenance purchases.
Requirements:
* Degree in a relevant field or significant on-site experience.
* Health and Safety qualification (e.g., NEBOSH) or proven competence.
* Experience in building maintenance, fault finding, and managing compliance.
Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £47,000 per annum (37.5 hours/week, full-time, permanent)
