The post holder will act as a clinical and educational resource to colleagues, Civilian Medical Practitioners and Medical Officers and offer advice to reserve unit commanders on the military employability of their personnel. The primary focus is on occupationally focused primary care including supporting occupational grading, force preparation and demobilisation, and health surveillance of Reserve personnel.
