Overview of the Unit Nurse Manager (General) role:
Use compassion and initiative to deliver quality care to residents.

About You:
Must be a Registered Nurse (RGN) with current NMC registration.
Experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments.
Up-to-date knowledge of recent clinical practices and regulatory frameworks.
Clinical mentor experience, including preceptorship support.
Dedicated, ambitious, and resilient with a track record of delivering quality care improvements.
