The Role
We’re looking for a passionate, driven and experienced Sales Team Manager to lead our Account Executives and boost sales performance across our customer base. You’ll be an inspirational leader with a strong track record in B2B sales and a commitment to social impact.
Key Responsibilities
* Leading and developing a high-performing sales team
* Driving revenue growth from existing accounts in the social housing and local authority sectors
* Implementing and managing CRM systems and sales reporting
* Coaching the team to success and continuously improving processes
* Building relationships and delivering outstanding customer experiences
* Supporting business development and contributing to wider strategy
Skills and Experience:
* Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills
* Natural people leader and team coach
* Passionate about social purpose and performance
* Highly organised, self-motivated and driven by results
* Experience in working with CRM systems
