What you'll be doing Setting up and issuing all Clearance Head Office Markdowns, ensuring bundles for the website include accurate images, descriptions, and pricing information. Supporting the business with clearance products and stocked models, ensuring stock is managed efficiently. Assisting users with stock locations and availability, making necessary amendments to systems. Allocating Carekits to transactional and eBay orders daily, overseeing weekly dispatch via the Group Support Centre. Providing daily stock sales updates to management to support decision-making. Assisting with ad hoc tasks to help drive successful clearance sales. The role is for you if You have a strong understanding of retail operations (training provided). You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and can document and improve processes. You are highly detail-oriented, ensuring all work is accurate the first time. You can work to deadlines and efficiently manage your workload. You have strong computer skills and are comfortable working across multiple applications. You are flexible and adaptable, able to handle changing deadlines and priorities. You are proactive and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. You have the ability to collaborate across departments, ensuring clear and accurate communication within the business.
