Customer Service Advisors required for a Loughborough based, market leading organisation within telecommunications.
We require experienced Contact Centre Agents to become integral members of the Customer Service Team, working in Inbound.
There will be 2 weeks training - 09:00 - 17:30
Hours of work are: Monday to Friday (Between 09:00-20:00 Shift Range - 8hr Shift)
1 in every 2 - Saturday 09:00-17:30
Job Role:
Your key responsibilities, which are not exhaustive and not limited to include:
Managing inbound calls to the business from clients / customers’ requests.
Working towards and aiming to exceed sales expectations.
Helping the customer understand the different handsets, deals and network providers on offer.
Making sure the customer has the best possible sales journey by giving great advice and all of the options available to them.
Building relationships with customers to ensure converting a one-time customer into a customer for life.
Deliver a consistent call flow, giving the customer the confidence in the information provided.
Maximise up selling opportunities whilst ensuring the customer has an informed choice.
