Travel to London approx. once per week & occasional ad hoc travel We are seeking a Programme Manager for a highly complex programme leadership role involving the design, construction, and commissioning of complex facilities, making it a large-scale and highly specialised infrastructure initiative. Given the technical and operational challenges, candidates are expected to have substantial experience in delivering large-scale infrastructure projects, particularly in complex environments requiring meticulous planning, coordination, and execution. Ideal candidates should demonstrate broad industry knowledge across multiple sectors and a well-rounded understanding of the project lifecycle, although expertise in either development or construction delivery phases is acceptable. Additionally, a strong track record in managing both change control and baseline management is essential, highlighting their ability to maintain project stability while adapting to evolving circumstances.
