We are very customer-focused, and our success is thanks to the personal service Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive, results-oriented sales hunter who will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our business. As a Territory Sales Manager based in the North of England, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with existing clients, and working closely with suppliers to accelerate profitable sales growth. Key Responsibilities: Optimise sales resources to effectively accelerate profitable sales to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. Collaborate with suppliers to develop and execute business growth plans that align with company objectives. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, distributors, and potential customers. Utilise and update the CRM platform to manage your territory and maintain an accurate opportunity pipeline. Approach your role with a can-do attitude, entrepreneurial spirit, strong business acumen, and a relentless drive to achieve sales growth. Work closely with all departments across the business, contributing as a team player. Conduct all duties in a professional, honest, and ethical manner. Handle various other duties as delegated by the Managing Director. Who we are looking for: A minimum of 4 years of B2B sales experience. Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail. Proficient in contract negotiations and closing deals. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations. Basic knowledge of food safety or microbiology is an advantage. Ability to use your own initiative, with the confidence to identify and unearth new business opportunities. Capable of developing relationships with key decision-makers in target organisations. Hardworking, self-motivated, and enthusiastic, with a strong desire to succeed.
