A Heat Pump Engineer is wanted in the East Midlands region to carry out planned and reactive Heat Pump maintenance. This role involves joining an established and supportive team as a Field Service Engineer specialising in heat pump technology. The position focuses on servicing, repairs, and fault finding on a range of advanced products while ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to industry standards. The role plays a vital part in promoting sustainable heating solutions and providing top-tier service across the designated areas. The Field Service Engineer will work closely with the Field Service Manager and other internal teams, contributing to the company's drive for customer service excellence. The role involves servicing and repairing branded products, including fault diagnosis and system repairs, while adhering to established procedures and KPIs. Collaboration with sales and operational support teams is essential to meet customer needs effectively. Key Responsibilities Carry out servicing and repairs on heat pump and branded products. Perform system repairs and troubleshoot technical issues. Adhere to customer service excellence standards and meet KPIs. Collaborate with the Sales Department and support sales initiatives. Follow procedures and processes outlined by the Field Service team. Engage in ongoing training and development to stay updated on evolving technologies. Experience & Skills Required Relevant experience with heat pump technologies and a willingness to learn new advancements. CCN1, HTR1, CENWAT1, and LPG ACS gas certificates (FGAS qualifications preferred). Strong technical knowledge of domestic gas products and effective fault-finding skills. Excellent customer service, communication, and IT skills. Flexible and adaptable approach to exceeding customer expectations.
