Aftersales Advisor
Location: Hinckley
Salary: 24,040 pa
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 10am-6pm
Contract Type: Permanent from day one
Do you have a passion for customer service? Can you go the extra mile to meet customer needs? Look no further! Working with one of the country's market leaders in automotive sales in the used car market, we are looking for an Aftersales Advisor.
As an Aftersales Advisor, you will be highly motivated and customer service driven. You will handle everything from servicing to general inquiries, ensuring all communication is managed from start to finish.
General Responsibilities:
* Deal with customer inquiries related to servicing and repairs.
* Handle communications with warranty companies and repair agents effectively.
* Manage all customer inquiries.
* Handle inbound and outbound calls.
* Address complaints.
* Ensure all customer expectations are met.
Minimum Requirements:
* At least 1 year of Customer Service or Aftersales experience.
* Motor trade experience is desirable; however, training will be provided.
* Excellent communication and administration skills.
