We are working with a high-achieving, inclusive primary school in Hackney to appoint a passionate and proactive SENCo from September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead SEND provision, ensuring that all pupils receive the support they need to thrive.
SENCo The Role:
Full-time, permanent position starting September 2025
MPS/UPS (Inner London) + TLR
Lead and develop the schools SEND strategy
Provide expert guidance to teachers on inclusive teaching and interventions
Work closely with parents, staff, and external professionals to create individualised support plans
Lead on EHCP processes, coordinating assessments and tailored interventions.
