German speaking Customer Service and Sales Administrator
Location: Waltham Cross
Salary: £30,000 per annum

The company:
A family-owned company that supplies luxurious products to both domestic and international retailers.
Main duties:
1. To provide outstanding support to the sales team and be the main point of contact for B2B clients in the UK and Europe.
The role:
1. To support the sales team to ensure accurate order processing and meeting customer requirements.
2. To schedule meetings between dedicated sales representatives and clients.
3. To handle all administration duties.
4. To communicate with customers through email and phone.
5. To support Sales Representative in managing orders and quotes from their valued customers.
6. To coordinate the logistics of collections and deliveries by working closely with logistic and warehouse staff.
7. To manage credit control for customers based in Germany.
8. To attend the trade shows in the UK and Europe, to meet with clients and offer product support.
The candidate:
1. Fluent in German (spoken and written).
2. Experience in sales administration or customer service would be beneficial.
3. Computer literate.
4. A good team player.
5. Excellent organizational and prioritization skills are required.
6. Excellent attention to detail is essential.
