POSITION: Customer Service Advisor
SALARY: £23,000 per annum
HOURS: 34 hours per week: 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday - Thursday & 9.00am to 4.00pm Friday, hybrid working (two days in the office and three from home) 1 in every 4 Saturdays (worked from home, with time given back in lieu)
LOCATION: Nr Nantwich, Cheshire (Hybrid position)

Our Client is a dynamic, customer-focused online business who has a strong track record of designing, building and running their own software and products. To support their continuing success, they are looking to hire a new Customer Services Advisor to join their friendly customer services team.
The Role
Main duties for the role:
1. Receive and respond to customer enquiries over email, live chat and telephone in line with company and regulatory standards
2. Provide an efficient and professional service to the customer over the phone and via email
3. Using a computer, associated IT equipment and software
4. Monitor, record and handle complaints, escalating where necessary
5. Assist with general administrative tasks as required
The Candidate
1. Experienced in delivering excellent customer service and support, preferably within an office environment.
2. Excellent written and oral communication skills
3. Passionate about providing first class customer service, working with your team and other teams to achieve this.
4. Experience of using Microsoft Office and Excel
5. Able to prioritise your workload ensuring deadlines are met.
6. A keen problem solver with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
7. Experience of working in a regulated insurance company would be an advantage.
