Job Advert Location Description
Riverbank offers a step down service from hospital or locked rehabilitation units. As a support worker you will help the individuals in our care build their daily living skills helping them on a path to independence. You will support with cleaning, cooking, booking/attending appointments, money management and take part in daily activities on and off the unit.

We are currently looking for a Support Worker to provide care and support for individuals with Mental Health and Learning disabilities at Priory Adult Care’s Supporting You in Lincolnshire within the areas of Lincoln/Horncastle and Louth.
Both personal care and participation in activities are key parts of the Support Worker role, so energy, excellent communication and organisational skills are vital.
Previous experience as a Support Worker or Care Assistant would be beneficial, however it is not essential; all we ask is that you have a willingness to learn and the compassion to care for the people we support.
