Main duties of the job We are looking for a Deputy Director of Operations to join our senior management team within the Medicine and Emergency Care Division. The role is a joint appointment as the Deputy, you will also lead Frailty (including Rheumatology and Neurology) as the General Manager. The MEC Division holds all the main specialities including Specialist Medicine, ED & Acute and Frailty. The Division has dedicated non-elective wards including the ED department, SDEC, AMU, Frailty SDEC and general medical and frailty wards. You will be responsible for the delivery of the Trusts elective plan as well as support all elements of RTT, DM01 and Cancer. As the Deputy Director you will be supporting the Director of Operations with all main duties and will gain vast experience at the senior level.
