Job Title: Business Skills Coach
We are seeking a Business Skills Coach to join our friendly team, delivering high-quality training programmes to develop apprentices' knowledge, skills, and behaviours for Level 3 and 5 Leadership and Management Programmes.
Location: Hybrid working model with remote work and occasional travel to customer sites and our central London office. All travel expenses will be paid. Applicants should be within easy commute to London.
Core Tasks and Responsibilities
1. Develop and deliver personalized learning programmes supporting apprentices in gaining required knowledge, skills, and behaviours.
2. Contribute to assessment, eligibility, onboarding, and induction processes.
3. Provide coaching, arrange visits, and support apprentices in developing workplace skills.
4. Assess apprentices against criteria, provide feedback, and utilize e-portfolios.
5. Conduct assessments within set timeframes and monitor progress.
6. Support learning through e-portfolios and virtual environments.
7. Deliver face-to-face and virtual classroom sessions.
8. Track progress, conduct reviews, and ensure regulatory compliance.
9. Maintain accurate records and support programme development.
10. Participate in CPD activities and support other qualifications as needed.
Candidate Requirements
* Qualified trainer and assessor with experience in Level 3 and 5 Apprenticeships.
* Industry experience in a senior management role.
* Effective management of learners and caseloads.
* Proficiency with technology to enhance service delivery.
* Proven track record as an outstanding or good trainer/assessor.
* Target-driven with successful achievement of targets.
* Excellent written skills for feedback and objectives setting.
* Delivery experience of Level 5 Coaching Professional Apprenticeships (desirable).
* Experience with Ofsted inspections and ESFA funding (desirable).
This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974; an enhanced DBS disclosure will be required.
