The Role As an Senior Account Manager, you’ll be working on well-known eCommerce brands' search marketing and digital campaigns – implementing strategies across SEO, conversion optimisation, analytics and email marketing campaigns. You’ll be working daily on any of the following – and past experience of any or all of these would be advantageous: Client communication, creating and implementing SEO strategy. Working on Email Campaigns using Klaviyo and other platforms Technical on-site SEO implementation Planning & implementing outreach strategies SEO Audits and implementing change Experience in eCommerce platform like Shopify, Magento & BigCommerce Content strategy ideation and implementation Use of SEM Rush, Screaming Frog, AHrefs SEO campaign planning and reporting Conversion optimisation and usability testing Advanced Analytics and reporting Experience Required This role involves significant client contact, so previous account handling experience and strong communication skills are essential. Prior experience working within a digital marketing agency is highly advantageous. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in SEO, with at least 2 years in a senior role. Managing clients with annual revenues in the 6-7 figure range Strong proficiency in technical SEO, client management, innovative strategy creation and data analysis.
