What You'll Need to Succeed
* Familiarity with Xero (preferred but not essential)
* Strong verbal and communication skills
* Attention to detail
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Bank Reconciliations: Managing both client and office accounts.
* Electronic Payments: Setting up and sending CHAPS, Faster Payments, BACS, and internal transfers.
* Billing/Credit Notes: Handling billing and credit notes.
* Debit/Credit Card Transactions: Managing transactions.
* General Administrative Tasks: Including matter listing housekeeping, write-offs, journals, and scanning.
* Credit Control
What You'll Get in Return
Work Arrangements: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm
Holidays: 25 working days.
