This is a new role providing much needed support to the Director. Duties will include; Managing diary and emails using Outlook Attending meetings, taking notes and typing up/formatting Answering the phone and taking messages Assisting with tasks connected to the Directors rental properties Ordering office supplies Carrying out personal errands such as shopping, event organising and getting lunches General admin duties in the office as and when required To be successful, you will be an experienced PA with a proactive and problem solving attitude, a strong team player with excellent organisation and communication skills along with some flexibility on hours.
