The Health & Safety Partner coordinates, supports, and advises the business on health and safety matters. This role involves ensuring compliance with H&S legislation, maintaining standards, and providing support for new initiatives and processes. Key responsibilities include fire risk assessments, accident prevention, and site inspections to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
Please note this role is FIELD BASED; however, the ideal candidate will be located in London.

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct regular prevention inspections and maintain accurate records.
* Perform Fire Risk Assessments and oversee their management.
* Set up health and safety folders and noticeboards for new store openings.
* Support the Serious Incident Process, including attending calls and on-site visits.
* Investigate accidents, ensuring thorough documentation and reporting.
* Provide health, safety, and environmental advice to stores, offices, and sites.
* Collaborate with the Health & Safety Manager to monitor and measure compliance.
* Regularly review risk assessments for equipment and operations.
* Assist and monitor health and safety risks across stores in collaboration with other departments.
* Stay updated on relevant legislation and communicate updates to the business.
* Be flexible with working hours and willing to travel, including overnight stays when required.
Minimum Requirements
* Experience in health and safety, food safety, and fire risk assessments.
* NEBOSH General Certificate.
* Fire Risk Assessment Qualification.
* Food Safety Level 2 Certification or greater.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to produce detailed reports.
* Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
* Capability to independently manage schedules and priorities.
