Ref. no. 30564 Location: Bromsgrove The Role: The Best Connection Group Limited is looking to appoint a Salesforce Administrator to work alongside other members of the Digital Strategy Team to define, test, configure and deploy Salesforce based solutions. We are offering this role as a 1 year fixed term contract. The Digital Strategy Team is currently working with a variety of external partners to implement End-to-End Salesforce based solutions to transform The Best Connection a market leading recruitment company. The Salesforce Administrator will be working throughout 2025 to assist with the testing, configuration and deployment of the new solutions using their Salesforce expertise. Key Responsibilities: Performing all necessary administrative tasks such as managing users, modifying page layouts, creating reports and dashboards, and adding new fields Optimising the performance of Salesforce products and systems Configure, build, and test the Salesforce application as required Working as part of the Solution Design team to finalise High Level Solutions Work with team members to define system processes Load data into the system Assisting with system documentation and process documentation Provide 2 nd Line support to End Users The Package: Annual salary of £28,000 to £30,000 depending on experience and qualifications Initially you will be entitled to 30 days paid holiday per annum Free Car Parking Pension Cycle to work scheme. The Person: Essential Criteria: Salesforce Administrator Certification 1 Years experience as a Salesforce Administrator Desirable Criteria Experience working in the recruitment industry Experience in a role providing software support to end users Strong Microsoft Excel Skills The Company The Best Connection, an Equal Opportunities Employer, was formed in 1991.
