The Recruitment Consultant ...
* Identifies and delivers on mostly contingent commercial recruitment services, with a focus on the candidate side of the process.
* Delivers consistent fee performance.
* Owns the value chain from candidate identification to placement.
* Mitigates risks.
* Delivers highest standards of candidate experience.
It is expected that approximately 80% of your time will be focused on service delivery and 20% on maintaining systems and data quality.

The team specialises in supporting industrial software and technology vendors with the recruitment of senior commercial and leadership talent. Our clients are looking to move away from traditional energy sources and into a more clean and sustainable future, with revolutionary digital technology. We operate globally, so the ability to adapt to various time zones and cultural nuances will be beneficial.
