Job Description
We are seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to support automated manufacturing systems in the production of hydrostatic drives. We are the market leader with an 85% market share with drives for zero turn mowers.

You will be working in a collaborative environment to design, build, program, and support the systems that produce drive solutions, serving multiple industries and delivering to customers worldwide.
Core Responsibilities of our Manufacturing Engineer:
1. Conduct continuous improvement opportunities to improve efficiency and reliability
2. Select techniques to solve problems
3. Make sound process and programming recommendations
4. Support existing production products and technical assignments
5. Create required controlled documents
6. Maintain standards for current processes
7. Deploy and integrate automation improvements
Minimum Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent four-year college
2. Technical school plus 2 years of relevant experience
3. Pneumatic, hydraulics, and fluid systems knowledge experience
4. Mechanical, Electrical, Robotic knowledge
5. Knowledge of production processes
6. Experience in error-proofing concepts and basic production processes
7. Entry-level knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics
8. Experience with presses and fasteners
9. Experience in project management and process control documentation skills
Preferred Experience:
1. PLC: Allen Bradley RS 5000, knowledge of ladder logic
2. Experience with hydraulic presses
3. Experience with presses, bearings, and seals
4. CDI Torque tools
5. Modify current CAD: 3D modeling, AutoCAD, Siemens NX
6. Quality Control, continuous improvement, and lean
Salary:
Commensurate with experience. The compensation plan includes salary + bi-annual bonus (History of 10% bonus).
